This policy explains how Nuskha handles your data, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and, where applicable, the GDPR.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), the task descriptions, examples, and recipes you create, and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service: generating and running your recipes, enforcing plan limits, and processing payments. We do not sell your data.

AI processing

To generate recipes and outputs, the text you submit is sent to a large language model operated on the same infrastructure. We do not use your content to train third-party public models.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay and Stripe. We do not store full card details.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data, including deleting recipes at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact support@nuskha.aiskillhub.info.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request or a reasonable period after account closure.
