Welcome to Nuskha ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Nuskha helps you turn recurring tasks into reusable AI "recipes" and run them. Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing work before sending it to clients.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Nuskha to generate unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to violate anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to exhaust shared resources.

4. Plans & billing

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes (including GST) apply where required.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the examples and recipes you create. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
